the nech is a B2B advisory firm in Warsaw, founded in 2022 and led by Dima V. Nechyporenko (Dmytro Nechyporenko), who has 19 years of B2B experience across Poland, Ukraine, Spain, Italy, France, Latvia, the USA, Canada and the UAE.
We work in two directions: helping foreign B2B companies enter Poland and Central and Eastern Europe, and helping Polish and Ukrainian companies expand into the EU, North America and the Middle East.
We do not stop at a strategy document. Most engagements start with a discovery phase: we review the client's offer with them, agree a target list of buyers in the new market, contact those buyers directly in the local language in the client's name, and report back what the market actually said. If the answer is positive, we book the first meetings and stay involved until the first signed contracts. If the answer is negative, the client learns it in weeks, not after a year of hiring locally.
Sectors: energy and renewables, engineering, construction, manufacturing and industrial B2B. Working languages: Polish, English and Ukrainian, with no intermediaries. The person on the first call is the person who does the work.
