Are there any areas for improvement or something Nav Ecommerce could have done differently?

While our overall experience with Nav E-commerce was positive, one area for improvement could be in post-deployment support. Although they provided assistance initially, a more structured follow-up or training session for our team would have been beneficial to ensure smoother adoption of the system.  

Additionally, documentation of the system's features and workflows could be enhanced to make it easier for our internal team to troubleshoot minor issues independently. Addressing these areas would further improve the customer experience and long-term usability of their solutions.
