I'm the CEO & Chef of Tasty Burger, We brings delicious burger since 2000 and building food chain all over the Australia.

We're got famous for burgers and our customers love our taste and requested us to take it to the online market, With lots of business planning & strategy we're finally moving towards to latest technology for entire Australia. And that's where now we're building mobile & web applications to automate everything for our customers.

At the beginning, we were searching for a local vendor but didn't get that confidence and match of our expectations, so we do more research to find nearshore partner and we were in discussion with few IT companies and with the first impression of Native DevOps got our all attention to work with them.

Native DevOps building Mobile & Web Application for our food chain, We've started in February with planning & drafting our vision in the document, guided by the best technology suitable for us as our business includes more numbers of deliverables and functionalities. Starting with fantastic design invision, they suggests the Native Mobile Application (In Kotlin & Swift) & Web Frontend & Backend platform (In Php, Nodejs).

Starting from Project Manager, Designers, App & Web Developers, QA they were 6-7 experts working in the team, apart from that the CEO & business development person is our direct point of contact for all the time!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We're still working on the project and so far it's going great with matching all the expectations and timeline plans, we've finished with designs and currently at the stage of 70% of the development phase; they're really brilliants, they just make our tech journey so easy that we haven't thought.

They're always prompt to match the timeline with real outcome, we didn't have to ask for the updates as everything updated on the basecamp and for meetings & swift communication we use skype.

Their accuracy, promptness, and commitment just impress us. Their industry and trending technology make them unique.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We can't say anything, as we didn't feel they needs any improvement.

I would like to build mobile application for elder people who're disabled and not in condition to take care of their self and manage their prescriptions. Native DevOps is helping me to build this application.

I was searching for tech companies in USA and found reference from one of my connections, and I did evaluation their works and background which match my all expectations.

Native DevOps help me to write my complete requirement on paper during the discovery phase and help me with great suggestions in terms of functionalities & technologies, which will make this platform unique and easy to use for our target audience. And to be honest I'm not that good with technical knowledge so they're the experts assisting me on the same:)

The team is working great so far they're 7 team member working on the project, the project lead always makes us feel like a priority and helps us find the easiest and most effective ways to get to our goals.

We've started from January, 2022 with great confidence and positivity and it's still going on with lots of efforts by great team, they're truly brilliants with healthcare industry knowledge specially on the HIPAA compliance for USA, I can't wait to see my apps live soon.

The team is incredibly responsive and is always available within a business day, We communicate via video call to establish the task, feedback and then got all the project updates via basecamp & skype.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Native DevOps are the best team I've ever worked with, they know the technology very closely and working with the passion. Well process driven team, very smart, swift, accurate, they always find the best solutions to match all my requirements and our journey has been a positive one so far.

Simply No - I think they perfectly on their goals!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

To describe it in simple words we got everything that we can expect if it's about prompt support, advice, flexibility, following the latest technology and IT's trending versions.

We launch our platform in 2021 and it's booming in our targeted market, we have a long run to go with lots of new features to enhance our platform in the near future and it will not be going to end for sure!

They're very swift in response from starting to the date of today, they just message away from me at any time, they're always flexible to the US timezone as well and that's a plus point.  

We were introduced to the entire team on basecamp & slack where we can communicate with anyone, the project manager is a great person being our eyes on the team all the time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their anticipation from the beginning at each and every point makes them an amazing team, In our project, there were many open technical points and challenges we found in the discovery phase that we never thought of.

As they're a leading mobile app development agency the way they overcome those challenges make s us more confident. In entire journey, they read our minds all the time. They came up with things that we were expecting before we even explain them.

The way they delivered our dream project, i can't complain on anything, they're well structured and process driven partner.
