We were looking for a company that could support us with web redesign, advertising, and digital media. As a result, we hired Nation Media Design.

We’re working with Kaleb (Owner), and he’s our main lead. He also has other folks working on his side.

I found Kaleb on Upwork, and he had to go through a proposal process together with other competitors. I like some of the designs they created and appreciated the creativity that he brought to his clients.

I’m really thankful that our working relationship has grown and that we’ve become true partners after we got through the onboarding process. Our internal marketing team is very hard to please and Nation Media Design has been able to build great rapport with them. We really appreciate the services they provide. Overall, they’re performing very well.

Once the onboarding process was done, everything has been going well. We communicate 95% of the time through email and sometimes, we call each other. The team can also text me whenever they need an immediate answer. My team uses their service ticket system, too.

Second, they implemented Cloudflare CDN and DDoS protection, minified CSS and JavaScript, and optimized images in next-gen formats , cutting mobile load times by up to 50%. Third, they restructured content across every page with proper H1/H2 headings, long-tail keywords, alt attributes, schema markup, and a dynamic table of contents for long-form pages. Finally, they reconfigured Google Analytics 4 with granular event tracking to capture form submissions, video plays, and PDF downloads as measurable key events.

The project unfolded in a very structured and thoughtful way, which was important given the complexity of what we were building. It began with a comprehensive site audit  covering architecture, load times, mobile responsiveness, SEO health, and user experience. This diagnostic stage was essential in mapping out exactly what needed to be built and what needed to be fixed before anything else was touched.

From there, Nation Media moved into the design and development phase. They rebuilt the website with a fresh, contemporary look using a responsive framework, ensuring it was intuitive and easy to navigate for both students and educators. On the website side, they kicked things off with a thorough site audit, digging into our architecture, load times, mobile responsiveness, SEO elements, and overall user experience. From there, they moved into a full redesign, building out a modern, responsive interface with high-resolution imagery and a streamlined structure that made navigating our vast resources intuitive and enjoyable.

Bounce rate dropped by 15%, and our Google Ads CPA came in at $51.50 — $2.02 better than the industry average. The website ranks well, traffic is up, and the calls are coming in.

Not much to fault here. The click-through rate came in at 2.62%, slightly below the industry benchmark of 2.87% but as Nation Media explained, that tradeoff was intentional to prioritize higher conversions over raw clicks. It worked. If anything, earlier implementation of the seasonal campaigns could have unlocked even more growth, but overall the experience was excellent.
