Managed IT: Continuous monitoring, automated patching, endpoint management and ongoing technology planning, with remote and onsite support available. User-requested helpdesk labor and projects are billed separately from managed IT plans.
Cybersecurity: Endpoint protection, detection and response, security monitoring, network security and identity and access controls.
Business VoIP: Hosted business phone systems, auto attendants, call routing, voicemail and mobile calling, coordinated with the network that supports them.
Network infrastructure: Wired and wireless networks, switches, access points, Cat6 and Cat6A cabling, fiber, racks and patch panels, with testing, labeling and documentation. We support office installations, relocations and expansions.
Cloud and IT consulting: Microsoft 365, cloud integration, backup and recovery planning, network architecture, vendor coordination and practical technology roadmaps.
Video surveillance: Commercial IP camera and NVR systems, with cabling and network integration. Website development, website management and technical SEO services are also available.
