I'm the owner of GlarraHair, an online beauty, and cosmetics shopping website.

For what projects/services did your company hire My IT Agency, and what were your goals?

It was crucial that we had a web development team with experience that we could rely on to complete the project on time and on budget. During the two weeks, it took to complete and test the website, we wanted it completed and fully functional.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

First of all, one of my friends recommended My IT Agency to develop my website. He had a very positive experience with them. My decision was based on their past experiences and portfolios.

I described my goals and objectives at the kick-off meeting. They provided me with wireframe designs for my website based on my ideas. Based on my selective wireframe, they began designing and developing my website. As soon as it was done, it was updated. Mobile, desktop, and tablet users will find the website very responsive.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In our project, we worked with My IT Agency's project manager, two developers, and one designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It was a very user-friendly website with a fast loading speed. Beautiful and informative product page. Call-to-action buttons were placed based on user experience.

It was very quick and easy to get in touch with our project manager. He communicated with the rest of the team members. There was a lot of sincerity in his attitude toward time. We used ClickUp as a project management system.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication and development expertise really stood out!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When it comes to improvement or something they could have done differently then I would say that my expectations were fulfilled by their work. Even something working better.
