Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the chief business officer for an IT company that deals with data analytics.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with MWD Web Design, Inc.?

We wanted to update our website because it looked old and outdated.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MWD Web Design helped us update our website by implementing a brand new design with new colors, leveraging Adobe to create the designs. As part of the redesign, they also changed the site’s layout, implementing different shortcuts so that users could access different pages faster.

What is the team composition?

We worked with five people from MWD Web Design: two developers, two web designers, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with MWD Web Design, Inc.?

I found them through their advertising on Google, so I decided to check on social media to see if they were a good company to work with. On a Facebook group, I spoke to several people who had worked with MWD Web Design, and they all said that they loved their services. Therefore, we decided to give them a shot, especially because we found out they were very affordable.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $15,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from June–July 2022. The project lasted a little over a month.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After our website’s redesign, our traffic has definitely increased, which has ultimately increased our leads and clients. Several of these clients have told us that they chose us because they were impressed with our site.

How did MWD Web Design, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

MWD Web Design definitely stayed on budget. We ended up spending a little more than we would have liked, but that was on us, not on them. We communicated via phone calls and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

MWD Web Design did everything perfectly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Listen to their feedback. Additionally, although their rates are low, I recommend investing more money in the project if you want to have a superb website.
