Muunect handled the full digital design and build process, from product strategy and UX architecture to UI design, front-end development, and AI integration. Their team designed the brand experience, interactive voice interface, and responsive web platform for us.The work included: UX research and user journey mapping Web app UI design (dashboard, voice assistant interface, onboarding flow) Front-end development in React/Next.js Integration of AI voice features and API endpoints QA testing, optimization, and launch support
