Creating the video was awesome! I filmed with my iPhone camera remotely using technology MultiVision Digital Productions has introduced. We shot it and in a couple rounds of edits had a great looking video.

We wanted to use the video to broaden our audience, for potential clients to understand who we are and why they would want to use our services and to assist in recruiting.

Reached out marketing connects and gathered a list of recommended vendors. After a vetting process, we felt that MultiVision was the best organized and took the time to understand our business and what we were looking for in a video.

The video took one day to film at one of our NY locations. Prior to that, we had numerous calls regarding the scope of the project and timelines. We spoke often after timing regarding edits to the video and what we were looking for.

We had various scheduled meetings with different tiers of the video process and contact was mainly via phone or email.

The project has had a positive result regarding new candidates understanding our culture and wanting to be part of that. It also has been mentioned by new clients.

We need to record the whole CMO Talk event including a lot of live networking/interview scenes, and a 2 hour long workshop. The crew came in a couple of hours in advance to make sure everything was very well set up, and communicate with our team to double-check what we need to cover.

The crew has a strong understanding of how videos work with business and how to edit them effectively. They communicated with us timely with useful feedback. It saved us tons of work to spend on the footage that was not sufficent to keep.

The videos turned out fantastic and we received great feedback on the videos. The videos were being shared by many people and help increase our brand awareness.

Overall we enjoyed working with Robert and his team. They are very reliable, responsive and professional. Everything went seamlessly. We also have a few members on the team that know about video and they are very satisfied with MultiVision Digital's service.

There were some last-min challenges from our end, but the company was so experienced that the shooting went seamlessly and successfully. The final footage was in stellar quality and delivered even before the deadline!

Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS,) in partnership with PSEG, a diversified energy company serving the state of New Jersey, has launched job placement and training programs starting in July 2019. Through its Talent Acquisition Program (TAP), WOS spearheaded training and employment programs that to train candidates for full-time positions in Software Development, IT Desktop Support, Windows, Network, and Database Administration roles.  We celebrated these consultants' graduation on Monday, January 27th from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm at The Newark Museum of Art, at 49 Washington Street, Newark, New Jersey. We were interested in having   MultiVision Digital Productions there to create a video of the graduation to use for a future  "sizzle reel" or corporate case study. This would help us position the company as a market leader, highlight our partnership, and also showcase what is to date one of our most successful programs.

After much research, we selected this vender because of their stellar reviews on Google, and their amazing video examples which we were able to see online.

We were provided with a team of true professionals,  everything we needed to deliver the final video product. For example, we had a  dedicated project manager, a production manager, and on the day of, Director of Photography, Camera Assistant, and Post-production director and Senior Editor. Everyone was incredibly helpful and available at all times.

Everyone was all hands on deck and ready and willing to answer questions and provide me with immediate feedback.

We wanted to explain our product in a way that could be easily understood by a retail audience, using visualizations and graphical support that meet modern marketing standards for quality.

How did you select this vendor?

We considered multiple vendors on the basis of quality of animation, graphical design capabilities, cost, and time to deliver. Ultimately we selected MultiVision because they were local, highly responsive, easy to work with, and their costs are quite reasonable compared to the quality of product they produce.

We provide MultiVision with a script including a storyboard of the narration and ideas for paired visuals. MultiVision then prepares the remainder of the video, which incorporates animated graphics to explain financial models and concepts, as well as stock footage and a professional voiceover.

I am the project leader, and both myself and my colleagues will contribute multiple rounds of feedback as we perfect the initial 'concept' video into our final product.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

On the vendor's side we primarily work with two people: the president of the company for outlining our goals and strategy, and a dedicated graphic designer who produces the video itself. We had multiple rounds of comments and feedback from ourselves and our clients on the insurance side.

MultiVision was accommodation and responsive, and continue to provide support for existing content if we want to tweak something.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

These videos were produced to support life insurance product offerings from our insurance partners. Client feedback has been overwhelmingly positive - they have the feeling that the videos add an extra layer of professionalism to our broader marketing package, and provide a helpful way to engage with digitally inclined retail investors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow was fairly seamless, we coordinated over phone and email and it was easy to set deadlines and track progress. There are no gaps in our communication process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Speed and quality of delivery are quite impressive from MultiVision, especially considering the relative complexity of the financial concepts that we are trying to convey in our videos.

The video/s project included a full video recording of the event and creating a sizzle promo video with interviews from the attendees. They collaborated with us to create a script for the pre-conference interviews and helped us do the live interviews during the event. Then from there, they executed with very little direction from us.

They are very responsive and excellent turn-around time.

The final product was ready in a matter of days after the event and everyone was pleased with the results.

Robert Weiss personally handled the project and with his knowledge of our sector. He was able to execute with very little input from us and provided great ideas on how to truly capture the event and get the highest video ROI for us.
