What was the scope of their involvement?

MS Web Professional Design has developed a mobile app and an application to track our management system. The team has used React and Node.js for development, and they’ve also done design work. Currently, they offer maintenance and support.

We work with 12 teammates from MS Web Professional Design. Our main point of contact was a business manager.

I found them through a Google search.

We’ve spent $1 million–$10 million. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around August 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

MS Web Professional Design has performed very well from the start. The team has worked very hard to fulfill our requirements. 

How did MS Web Professional Design Pvt.Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great at project management and deliver before the deadline. The team has their own management app where we can log in and get updates. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their designs are very creative, and their project management is very good. Moreover, the support they give is also great. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they need to improve; everything’s fine.

I’d recommend MS Web Professional Design and have recommended them to friends and family.
