Initial script did not meet our needs. Perhaps a more formal Q+A session with client before writing the script will ensure you are more on target.

To create an explainer video that conveyed a complex subject in simple terms.

Chosen after a brief zoom meeting. I had talked with other vendors as well.

I submitted my written script. MotionCue converted my script into an animated video with graphics to bring the ideas vividly to life.

I worked with company owner and two graphic designers.

The marketing plan is not yet fully complete and implemented. However, those who have seen the video were impressed.

Two things. Their creativity in bringing the subject matter to life and their flexibility in incorporating my ideas into the finished product were impressive.

Hands-on and communicative with every step of the process. Script, then storyboard, then animation, then voice. Adapted to feedback well, good communication and give and take.

What were your goals for this project?

To build us a 90 second explainer/promotional video. We are the first company of our type and people cannot easily understand what we do. The video project was to overcome this.

Their quality of work was very high. They had previous fortune 500 clients, and from our first enquiry their communication was speedy and efficient.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Motion Cue had a storyboard and draft process that ensured we didn't progress too far in the wrong direction. Once the video project was nearing completing they allowed us ongoing revisions.

They handled everything with initiative and an exceptionally high level of skill. They asked questions until they understood our brief perfectly and delivered accordingly.

I cannot fault Motion Cue, their process, or the work they delivered, and will use them again for future projects.

They provided a timeline in order for our internal stakeholders to review and give feedback. The team worked on several rounds of revisions and accommodated all our asks.

Our stakeholders were very pleased with the video. Sales as embraced the video and embedded into our web site.
