I am the Head of Digital Product at Alientek, an IT consulting firm based near La Défense in Paris. We specialize in Cloud, DevOps, and security, supporting our clients’ technology transformation from design through secure production deployment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Moneycore Smart?

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project delivered measurable outcomes, including improved platform stability and performance, a scalable cloud-ready architecture, faster release cycles through CI/CD automation, and strengthened security across infrastructure and applications. Operational efficiency increased through streamlined workflows and system integrations, enabling us to onboard new features and handle higher workloads with greater reliability and reduced operational overhead. Key metrics included platform uptime improving to over 99.9%, deployment frequency increasing from monthly to weekly and on-demand releases, and a 30–40% reduction in manual operational effort. Infrastructure scalability improved, and security incidents and production issues were significantly reduced after new controls and monitoring were implemented. These technical improvements led to faster time-to-market, higher customer satisfaction and retention, and supported onboarding of new clients and use cases, contributing to revenue growth opportunities.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the experience was very positive. If there is one area for improvement, it would be providing even more upfront visibility on long-term scaling options and roadmap trade-offs earlier in the project. However, they were always responsive to feedback and addressed evolving needs quickly as the project progressed.
