What was the scope of their involvement?

The first phase of our partnership with Monarch Seo Agency was developing a website. We needed a site that could support our tool scripts. I shared some site examples with Muhammad (CEO), who asked if I wanted a similar design to the examples. We made some changes to the example designs to customize the site for our company. Within a week, they delivered a prototype and development proposal. 

Our website targets students, teachers, and other education experts. We have simple tools on the website like libraries and content checking that universities can use to improve their writing skills and SEO knowledge. We’re currently talking with Monarch Seo Agency about website optimization and future PPC efforts.

I’ve worked with two teammates from Monarch Seo Agency, including a project manager and a marketing executive. 

How did you come to work with Monarch Seo Agency?

I was looking for web development and SEO companies on Google and found Monarch Seo Agency on the first search page. I started a conversation with them and another two companies. We went through an evaluation process, going through their portfolios. Our specific criteria established whether or not a company could handle our project. After talking with Monarch Seo Agency via Skype, and having them answer questions our development consultant posted, we shortlisted Monarch Seo Agency. We got a sample prototype from them and then began a partnership. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $6,000 with Monarch Seo Agency; the website costs $5,000, and their site management fee is around $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with Monarch Seo Agency began in December 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Monarch Seo Agency has worked very quickly and is always available. Most of our courses are now active on the site or Microsoft PowerPoint, and some are on different software. 

How did Monarch Seo Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Monarch Seo Agency has good project management — I’d give them eight out of ten. They communicate project updates to my team and me very clearly. Monarch Seo Agency adheres to the commitments they make. Typically, we coordinated the project through WhatsApp and email. We’ve also used Zoom for other discussions. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We expected the development to last 6–8 months based on other proposed timelines we received during the evaluation process. However, Monarch Seo Agency surprised me and delivered our project within three months. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Monarch Seo Agency should improve their response time. The standard response time should be within 24 hours, but they’re responding a little late — I think they should set response times within 4–8 hours. The lack of quick response has led to some confusion and project delays. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I’d advise customers to collaborate with Monarch Seo Agency if they don’t have an in-house development team.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So before assigning project to Monarch our sales team having hard time to grab customers which directly affects our business plus due to COVID we had a low and no response from our physical outlet. so defiantly we were proposed a good and concreate solution from Monarch to increase sales in our business.

According to me its not to difficult to understand reports which they give us weekly and eased to cross check as well the gave us their Portal Login in which we were able to see weekly progress. in between communications at zoom

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Well according to me their professional skilled communication and coming up with the best solution for the problems which accrues. The best part was this company kept everything simple and understandable and not like other companies out there. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes they are unfortunately, but I think they can overcome it if they work on it its their monthly reporting format which is quite basic and also they have to have an alternative payment gateway like PayPal had issues related transactions several times.
