The development has been a huge success for us so far as we now have increase in sales as our target now find it easy to order drinks via the app. They also like the features been added which enables them to track their delivery on the app.

We give them some guidelines and tips on how our agency operate. They were able to deliver an app in the android platform using the Javascript and iOS using Objective C and swift in the develoment.

The were on track as there is no missed deadline. We are receiving good feedbacks from our user base concerning the UI design.

We had a meeting with the developer and project manager to exchange ideas. They provided a detailed workflow with wireframe in the first week and we got it approved. While they started with the development and design.

There were 4 developers I have been in contact with. I can't really say their position but we do work together.

Now, we had a good number of visitors converting to customers and now more commercial users as we hired a marketing expert too, that's helps in getting faster result. I must say Mobolous really perform well with the UI/UX.

We had weekly meetings and do chat via email often to know if there is a new update. The communication was quite impressive.

Their level of understanding is impressive. They are loaded with pool of talents.

We liked their versatile portfolio in Food Delivery Apps. A Zoom call was scheduled where they gave a demo of the generic food delivery solution. We liked the design and user flow. The quote was competitive, and we hired them.

In nearly three months, we got a complete working product with our branding and custom UI. Quality of Delivery was good.

We explained the list of features such as Shopping Cart, Payment Gateway, Order Management, Customer Security, Mobile Compatibility, Logistics integration, Communications, Regular Updates, Content Management Systems, etc., that we wanted in our eCommerce portal.

Well, it was not as easy as it seems now. It was pretty challenging for us to make them understand what we exactly wanted on our website. However, over time, they came to understand our needs and provided the most outstanding service available.

Finally, I'd add that all the members of the team were highly dedicated to their tasks. They even kept us updated on the project's progress regularly. If my team or I didn't grasp something in the project, they always tried their best to explain it clearly and concisely until we did.

From the beginning of the project, the whole team was rapid and responsive. They always solve all our queries with great patience. However, there was a point when things seemed difficult, but with their assistance, everything went quite nicely.

The most exciting thing about the team is that they constantly update the project progress on time. They were available on all the communication forums, including slack, skype, Google meets, call, e-mail, Jira, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The whole team was professional, cheerful, and hard-working. But if I have to choose the most impressive thing about the company, it is their friendly nature. It felt like we had our in-house product development team.

No doubt, they are so perfect in their work. However, I want to suggest they must expand their team with the same skills and experienced members.
