Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of Bloomz Inc. We started in 2013 and launched our product that streamlines school communications in 2015.

What challenge were you trying to address with MobMaxime?

When we started the company, we needed developers to build our platform.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MobMaxime essentially handles all of our mobile app development in the Xamarin framework. We’re in the fifth or sixth year of our partnership, and at this point, their team completely owns our development initiatives for both Android and iOS. Their team updated the UI/UX, creating a new look and feel.

They not only deliver this project but also keep track of customer feedback in app stores. Their team monitors feedback and understands there’s always room for product improvements. They’re able to take care of that end for us.

What is the team composition?

We typically work with 6–8 people from MobMaxime.

How did you come to work with MobMaxime?

We researched development companies and chose to engage MobMaxime because their team had Xamarin experience. We wanted to develop our platform using the Xamarin framework.  

How much have you invested in them?

On an annual basis, we spend about $100,000 on their services. At this point, we’re in the $500,000 range.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together at the beginning of 2015, and we’re still working with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although there’s always room for improvement, the app’s doing extremely well. In app stores, it’s rated between 4.6–4.8. The app’s new look and feel were extremely well received by our customers. Their team completely drove that project from design to implementation. The product has matured quite a bit, and they’re continuously making improvements to it. We’re quite happy with them.

How did MobMaxime perform from a project management standpoint?

We initially experienced growing pains because we’re based in different locations. However, we’re now extremely happy with their team. We use a combination of Asana and Google Meets and have daily syncs. We work extremely well together, so there’s great collaboration and coordination.

We work with another company on the product’s web backend. MobMaxime joins our daily conversations with them, which is another positive quality of theirs. They’re not only great collaborators with us but also with our other partners.

Their project lead is extremely diligent, organized, and responsive. They have a fantastic attitude towards customer happiness and success, and we love working with MobMaxime.

What did you find most impressive about them?

When demands are high for new capabilities, their team is willing to take on another challenge even with constraints. In order for us to build a highly scalable consumer application, we needed a mature engineering team. This project likely helped them mature their processes. We coached them a bit, and they gained maturity. We solely rely on them at this point.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We initially faced challenges associated with building a highly scalable consumer application. There were some challenges with the team at that time. Their team now consistently delivers the sophisticated products that we need. Quality is no longer a concern of ours.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They’ve done extremely well. I would strongly recommend them for any app development project.

I am the Communications Manger for a trade fair organizer. Founded in 1997, the company is one of the pioneers in the exhibition industry in India. Over a span of last 25 years, we have organized 75+ national and international exhibitions all across India in different industrial segments.

The project involves frequent additions and changes in website based on our growing profile and changing needs; website included forms for visitor registration, exhibitor inquiries etc.

3/4 persons were in touch with us at the development stage and presently we have a contact for regular updates to the website when needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

over the years we have organized many exhibitions and our website has been a key method of communication between us and our exhibition participants. The website has served us well so far.

The most satisfactory aspect about this firm is their support, quickly providing solutions to our needs.

Of course, there is room for improvement in everything but we are presently satisfied with their work.
