I’m the managing director for a food delivery service.

What challenge were you trying to address with MobileApp24?

We needed a website and a mobile app to help us get orders.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

MobileApp24 developed our website using Opencloud. They developed our iOS and Android mobile app as well. The key feature of the app was payment processing, so that our customers could pay directly through the app.

Their team also enabled push notifications, such as popup windows. When you place an order, you get a notification that we received your order and that the order is on its way. Once they have delivered your order, you get a notification about it as well.

I work with just one person, but there were a total of three people.

How did you come to work with MobileApp24?

Their price, response time, and the way they dealt with us were why we chose them. They had good customer service right off the bat.

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested €5,000-€6,000 euros (approximately $6,000–$7,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October 2018–March 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We gained more leads and orders, so the project was a success.

How did MobileApp24 perform from a project management standpoint?

Their communication was straightforward. We split the entire project into 3-4 milestones and all of the parts were completed on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had a fast response time. We didn’t have to chase them to get an answer.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Have a dedicated person who will deal with all the inquiries. I know they get a lot of inquiries and the person dealing with the inquiries is the person who has a lot of other things to do. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Explain what you want in the best way possible. Give them all the details before they proceed.
