We had a very large project to take our co-op from a community organization in development stage to a full-service, operational grocery store that competes with corporate giants. The project included a new logo, full rebrand, staff trainings, website redesign, along with marketing materials and in store design elements.

The team consistently met deadlines, responded to requests or changes, was flexible with changing needs that arose during the project, were able to manage various and chalelnging requests across the project. They were organized and provided clear and easy-to-understand communications and follow up after meetings so that everyone was on the same page. Able to respond to phone call requests quickly as well as setting video meetings anytime it was appropriate.

Above all, they are extremely talented and provide beautiful work. Their responsiveness and consultation was invaluable during a high stress time for our business.
