**Modern Commerce. Real Outcomes.**
Mira Commerce is a full-stack digital commerce agency and systems integrator, specializing in delivering strategic eCommerce modernization and infrastructure transformation. Mira leads business-driven projects end-to-end — from UX, design, and frontend storefronts through to middleware, data orchestration, and backend systems integration.

**Core Services**

- Digital commerce strategy and consulting (including roadmap & composable architecture planning)

- eCommerce replatforming, front-end redesign, and performance optimization

- Middleware, API orchestration, and integration of ERP, OMS, PIM, DAM, CRM, CDP, and fulfillment systems

- Headless, MACH or hybrid architecture implementation

- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), SEO, and digital merchandising design

- Ongoing managed support, optimization, and co-delivery capacity

**What Sets Mira Apart**

- Deep dual competency as both a strategic advisor and a technical delivery partner, reducing vendor handoffs and execution risk

- High-touch “all-in” partnership mindset, embedding with client digital teams for ongoing growth

- Industry expertise in verticals with high complexity (e.g., specialty retail, B2B commerce, regulated products, and manufacturing)

- Strong platform partnerships (notably as a BigCommerce Elite partner), enabling fast, scalable, and future-proof implementations

- Focus on long-term operational sustainability, delivery quality, and system resilience — not just “site launches”

**Ideal Clients**

Brands, retailers, distributors, and manufacturers seeking to upgrade legacy environments, build scalable commerce infrastructures, and operate more nimbly and efficiently in competitive digital markets. Mira works best with clients that have a real growth mindset, some digital maturity, and a desire for a strategic, long-term delivery partner.

""It has been easily one of the best experiences with an outside service provider that I've ever been a part of.""

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.I’m the VP of marketing and business development at a manufacturing company. We manufacture high-accuracy, match-grade projectiles for long-range shooting.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Mira Commerce? At the highest level, we wanted to grow our DTC business. More specifically, we wanted new websites with vastly improved UI and UX. We also wanted to automate some internal processes with our ERP system.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?Mira Commerce built our new websites from scratch. They onboarded us with BigCommerce multi-storefronts. We now have new websites, custom filtering, improved layout, automated transactional emails, and custom layouts for PLPs and PDPs.What is the team composition? We have around five people supporting the new website building under me.How did you come to work with Mira Commerce? We found Mira Commerce through a referral. We had a report with Sergei (CEO), and we liked their portfolio. We liked every site they built and thought they understood what we were interested in the best. What is the status of this engagement? We started working together in September 2024, and the project is still ongoing. We’re moving forward in multiple phases and are currently in phase two.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?Mira Commerce has helped us lay out all of our data in a manner that not only helps us with our website development but also with our overall product portfolio. It was easily one of the best experiences with an outside service provider I've ever been a part of.How did Mira Commerce perform from a project management standpoint? We had very little internal motivation or data in a consolidated manner. Mira Commerce held us to task with an amazing project manager, Ash (Senior Project Manager), with dedicated timelines and action items. Communication is primarily through phone and email. What did you find most impressive about them?Mira Commerce knew nothing about our business but threw themselves into it to learn. They did this to help us identify what would be most important and impactful to our consumers. Are there any areas they could improve? There’s nothing I can come up with.
