MindMint Solutions has sorted our processes and documentation, which has helped us acquire certificates. So far, we’ve acquired ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and ISO 50001 certificates.Moreover, we’ve noticed improvements in efficiency and compliance since acquiring these certifications. We’ve polished our processes and have more structure in our everyday work, which has helped us reduce risks. For example, we now have a better understanding of what needs to be done and by whom. We also have better alignment between employees and better security and compliance.

The main activities were GAP assessment, consulting related to improving information security, creating ISMS documentation, risk assessment and treatment consulting, preparing the organization for certification.

We achieved strong progress in strengthening our information security and protecting company data. In addition, our team now has a higher awareness of security risks and a better understanding of how to manage information safely and responsibly.

They also provided valuable recommendations for future training and continuous improvement.
