They always delivered ahead of or on time. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

MindMint Solutions' structured and efficient online meeting structure was impressive. One person interviewed while the other brought the previous interview to paper and vice versa. This way, two of us from Tessero 'against' two from MindMint Solutions reduced an hourly meeting to half its length without losing any information.

Scope of work was also support with DORA compliance. This included gap analysis, updating documentation and consulting related to alignment with regulatory requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

MindMint brought us to a place of having a ISO 27001 certification audit within 2 months of working together and the audit itself went really well (we're waiting for the certification badge).

They were extremely responsive via multiple channels - Slack, email, document comments and video calls. They also had a clear process and a system of templates to work with which helped guide us forward. In the end they prepared all the documentation for us based mainly on our video sessions. The questions they were asking were very targetted and they were very fast and efficient in assessing our situation. They were also very flexible with integrating with our existing documentation.

MindMint Solutions has sorted our processes and documentation, which has helped us acquire certificates. So far, we’ve acquired ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 20000, ISO 22301, ISO 27001, and ISO 50001 certificates.Moreover, we’ve noticed improvements in efficiency and compliance since acquiring these certifications. We’ve polished our processes and have more structure in our everyday work, which has helped us reduce risks. For example, we now have a better understanding of what needs to be done and by whom. We also have better alignment between employees and better security and compliance.
