I’m a manager at Popular Pizza Oshawa, a pizza store based in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada.

What challenge were you trying to address with MindForge Creatives?

We wanted to increase brand awareness in our town. We’re the best Indian-style pizza maker, but we weren’t aware of how to reach the right audience. We needed help to increase sales and brand awareness.

What was the scope of their involvement?

MindForge Creatives provides SEO and social media marketing with email campaigns and review management. The team creates social media posts, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, SEO reports, email campaigns, and graphic poster designs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen an increase in offline store visits, social media reach, and Google ranking. We’ve seen more than a 75% increase across all metrics.

How did MindForge Creatives perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time. They plan in advance and tell us the whole month's strategy and plan ahead. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They don’t just do the tasks I assign for marketing; they improvise. Rather than just doing the tasks and delivering, they engage with us regularly. They’re budget-friendly and deliver quality work.
