Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We want to sell our dairy products online, So an ECommerce app with some custom functionality like measuring milk quality various parameters predefined in application. We have our own hardware which required to integrate with app for measuring the Milk quantity and Quality. We already had a simple informational website with user base of around 50k. Our goal was to bring them to our App and make the sales through our application.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the launch of our app on App Store and Android store, we are able to cater more than 25k customers attached with us, Now we are bringing more and more features into the application and provides values to our loyal customers as well.

Our communication with Sandeep from MillionDev was top notch, We were on tight deadlines and the key for successful delivery was communication, We were able to launch the product within timeframe and few weeks early.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Since this was the first time to work with MillionDev, I was little concerned with quality of the outcome, But the finished product was top notch. Again most impressive was the way of communication, They asked all the questions upfront.

Are there any areas for improvement or something MillionDev Ltd. could have done differently?

As for the quality of work, they are top notch, But there's a little improvements needs in the UI/UX department, But with some inputs from our end, they were able to provide exactly what we needed.
