They go beyond building your vision. So many firms will build whatever you say without questioning it, because they know it will mean more $$ when you inevitably change your mind on things. MileMarker works with you to understand your business goals and translate those into a technical vision, roadmap, etc.
They will then help triage what's needed to achieve your early goals. Their experience as founders will be injected into your new product and is invaluable. Other firms are more expensive and far less knowledgeable when it comes to new product development & product market fit. Highly recommend!
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mile Marker could have done differently?
Loved my experience. It was mostly back-end work but the UI portions we're excellent as well!
