Our Story

Mezvic started because too much agency work is sold on volume. More posts, more keywords, longer retainers. We wanted to build the opposite: work scoped to what a business needs, priced so the diagnosis stands on its own, and measured on revenue rather than activity.

That shows up in small ways. We publish our tools free instead of gating them. We write comparisons that name where we are not the right fit. We hand over what we build, so clients are never dependent on us.

It starts with an audit, not a proposal. We look at what is actually constraining the business, whether that is a crawl rule, an account health problem, or a process nobody has timed. You get a written plan with the work ranked by impact and effort, and you keep that plan whether or not you hire us. Only then do we scope delivery, so the price is based on evidence rather than on a guess made in a first call.

Marketplace and store management across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Walmart. AI automation covering workflows, chatbots, voice agents, and CRM builds. We are most useful where something is measurably broken, and nobody has isolated why. We turn down work where we have no genuine experience in the subject.

We work inside your tools rather than making you adopt ours, and you talk to the people doing the work rather than to an account manager relaying it. Changes go to a staging copy first and are tested before anything reaches your live site. You get documentation and training as part of delivery, because we would rather you were able to take the work in-house than be dependent on a retainer.

On revenue, pipeline, and work that actually shipped. For long sales cycles, we check your attribution window before judging any channel, because a thirty-day window on a five-month deal erases most of what search contributed. For enterprise engagements, we track findings shipped rather than findings delivered, since an audit nobody implements is a cost, however good it was.

No. Audits are priced to stand on their own, so plenty of clients take the plan to their own developers, and that is a perfectly good outcome. Retainers are optional, and we will say plainly when your situation does not need one. If your runway is a single quarter, we will tell you paid search is the honest answer rather than sell you a programme that needs longer to work.
