Metadesk was responsible for the development of our firmware, its libraries and architecture, our User Interface, essentially the entirety of the software responsibilities assigned to this project. The scope of work was substantial, but the team was able to meet our needs and exceed our expectations despite this. 

Deliverables included:

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our product went from concept on the page to a functional device before our eyes. There is no better measure than the step from idea to reality. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team was exceptionally communicative, even with our physical distance and time zone difference. Questions and concerns were often addressed immediately, and the team was able to work as a collaborator in addition to a contractor, often filling in gaps missed by my own design. Deliverables were almost universally delivered ahead of both schedule and expectation, driving enthusiasm from investors and helping our projects progression significantly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The scope of our project was wide, its concepts not well tread ground, and its timetable restrictive. Despite this, the team at Metadesk was confident, collaborative, and ready for the task at hand. I found their willingness to accept and rise to a challenge exceptional, and their work product demonstrates that confidence was well founded. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Metadesk Global could have done differently?

Metadesk did not have any significant complications during our project.
