The mobile app enables users to browse nearby stores by location, price, and ratings, customize their açaí bowls with various toppings, and enjoy features like free delivery (within 2 km) and a cashback system called Lupa Coins. 
On the business side, Lupa do Açaí provides shop owners a merchant app for real-time order management, stock control, dynamic pricing, low commission rates, and loyalty programs to boost sales and visibility. The platform’s mission is to deliver authentic Pará-style açaí experiences while growing a loyal community of users and partner stores.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mestres da Web?

We needed help with the development of web software and a mobile application with POS for our sales team.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mestres da Web developed a complete solution for a real estate point of sale (POS) and mobile app designed to sell plots, apartments, and property investments. The system includes a web-based POS dashboard for real estate agents to manage property listings, customer leads, digital contracts, and payment tracking, integrated with a mobile app for end users to browse available properties by type, location, and price range.

The mobile app enables users to view high-resolution photos, virtual tours, financing simulations, and real-time availability. It also includes features for booking visits, chatting with agents, and receiving personalized investment suggestions based on user profiles. The platform supports multi-user access, role-based permissions, digital signature integrations, and analytics dashboards to track sales performance and ROI per project.

We had a 50% reduction in sales team and commission costs. The project dramatically reduced our costs and increased our number of sales and lead utilization by 60%. They also gave us knowledge of technology that we didn't have before.
