We wanted UI designs, so that was the measurable outcome we wanted. There were some complicated things I wanted addressed, and Merge Rocks addressed them. For example, we had an issue with our student onboarding process, where we had to input the times they were available. Many students didn’t understand this section because it was so complicated. Merge Rocks simplified it to make it more streamlined and understandable for the students.

The project is heavily focused on no-code development. Merge is building our new customer-facing app and an internal admin panel. The scope is large and includes many features, like user authentication, company and fleet management, a detailed ordering system with a custom US map, Stripe integration for payments, and an admin dashboard for our team. While we came to them for development, they have also been very helpful in refining the platform's design and user experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While the project is still in development, we are very happy with the progress so far. They are building a complex platform for us, and we've been impressed with their development skills. The features and user-friendly design are a huge improvement over our old system.
Even though it's mainly a development project, we also trust their design expertise and appreciate their input. The communication is good, and we're looking forward to launching the finished product soon.
