Merge was responsible for the entire redesign of our website and design, development, and deployment of a customer portal for users with varying roles/permissions. This included comprehensive UI/UX design, which involved creating:

• user flow diagrams to ensure a seamless experience for our visitors.

They also handled the web design and development, bringing the designs to life using Webflow and a no-code development approach on the front-end. Many creative solutions were deployed where standard solutions presented roadblocks.
