Merge was responsible for the entire redesign of our website and design, development, and deployment of a customer portal for users with varying roles/permissions. This included comprehensive UI/UX design, which involved creating:

• user flow diagrams to ensure a seamless experience for our visitors.

They also handled the web design and development, bringing the designs to life using Webflow and a no-code development approach on the front-end. Many creative solutions were deployed where standard solutions presented roadblocks. They offered great input on many key technical decisions and provided guidance to ensure the product works as seamlessly as possible.
