For what projects/services did your company hire Mencodehard, and what were your goals?

Our site is made on Wordpress and uses Woocommerce plugin for ordering products. We hired Mencodehard to perform website migration and some urgent fixes. After it we ordered an overall website redesign (desktop + responsive) and custom localization features.

We needed to show specific static content and product prices different in each city where we sold our product Due to certain issues with our previous service provider we had to urgently migrate our site to a temporary server while we were in process with getting a new hosting account.

We also had some top priority things to be done as soon as possible. Our goal was to find a better service provider to support and develop our website on a long-term basis performing all kinds of required technical tasks and server-side activities.

Our partner company highly recommended Mencodehard for their reasonable support services, unlimited technical expertise and ability to quickly start work if business requires so.

Phase 1: website migration and urgent fixes. Phase 2: overall website redesign (desktop + responsive UX), custom localization features (prices, content).

The team working on our site was about 3 people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Redesign and localization feature helped us a lot in the process of opening new trading locations in other cities in Ukraine.

They managed the project through documentation, phone calls, instant messages and constant communication. All activities were initially stated, documented and estimated. We used a fixed cost model for each iteration.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Most impressive was how really fast their team migrated the site and made the first portion of changes after our initial communication. We're also happy with the quality of the technical part and their help in selecting best UX solutions if we were hesitating or stuck.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not sure. Everything was great.

The work done have been CSS/PHP/HTML done to an existing wordpress solution. We delivered sketches for what we wanted and MenCodeHard delivered the product.

We only had direct contact with the CEO in MCH. He is very conscientious and thorough. I suppose there was one developer working on our solution, but can have been more.

Clear understanding of client's needs. Very good and creative professionals which generate different interesting ideas and realize them during a very reasonable time of the project. Reasonable price as well.

Status of the project statements, formal written discussion of corrections needed and done should be based on customer's needs.

Eyes-Only is a state of the art, affordable macro advisory service for investors It uses a mobile App for iOS and Android to provide instantaneous access to proprietary policy intelligence updates, through push notifications delivered directly to the subscriber's phone ​ The App's updates automatically disappear from the feed after 24 hours, and are afterwards only available to the subscriber through an online archive ​ At Eyes-Only, we believe if you can’t squeeze basic directionality within 1500 characters, you should not bother at all. I am the CEO.
