I'm ana IT manager of a Restaurant and Bar Business, we operate from hq and 2 other branch locations.

Our procurement procedures were not very well put, mellian software came in and automated most of our manual processes, made the system better , reliable and accountable.

From a short list of software vendors, their services were most promising for our line of business and and the future of our business

Had a sit down with us for listening, debated and discussed over a period of time to first understand our work flow from every level, then proposed a solution that we saw didn't give us best result so together came to a middle agreement of restructuring our system from the ground so as to cut hours of unneeded work a d get most out of the system

Their management team and IT speacialist (software engineers).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Integrated the system with our other sales systems, work proficiency increased, time was better managed for finance department and procurement department. Human resource module addition, invoice tracking and reporting modules

Personal visits, video call and phone calls , their customer service has been smooth as far were concerned.
