I am the Marketing manager of Bespin Global handling the marketing activities and PR for the region. Bespin Global is a cloud enabler company that helps companies adopt cloud technologies and digital transformation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Media Mavericks?

We have planned a series of pre recorded webinars of 7 and currently launching them with campaigns per webinar for brand awareness and engagement.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals are to have promising opportunities and sales leads along with engagement and brand awareness.

How did you select Media Mavericks?

A simple google search and a responsive team that came prepared for the requirement with a proposal that was the best out of all those submitted. They are willing to work with what we are able to provide.

The webinar series is well planned and according to a schedule of recording sessions, email campaigns and display ads, social media engagement to populate and gather registrations online for viewers.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They are very accommodating to our request and are willing to work with an allocated budget. A few tweaks here and there and very open to feedback and constructive feedback.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far the projects are being enhanced from one webinar to another. A learning process for both ends to get the best possible results.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective work flow and responsive to any request and timelines of delivery.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to navigate through our requests and accommodate according to our available budget. Not materialistic and they care so much about both ends being effective and successful. The team is very responsive and we love that in a fast pace industry that we are in.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, there’s always room for improvement to get the best results. It is a learning process for both ends and we work together to make it better and better every time!

An online booking system where students can book their slots and pay online, and I get the chance to update my classes and number of passes

Communication is very easy and effective! Only on time response are lacking a bit

On time submissions and solving! Of there is an urgent problem it might take time from the teams side to be solved
