We worked with Media Masons to create a series of brand videos. We were after a short film that explained our offering, and our company culture. We also requested a series of short videos that illustrated what we do, in a quick and creative way.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• A suite of accessible video content that reflects the quality of our service. We were looking for relevant imagery and a message that was clearly translated after one view.

Communication was good while we chatted concepts, the team were punctual and efficient on our shoot day. The post-production work was completed on time, and requests for small changes were handled quickly and without fuss. It was a positive experience all round.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They worked really well and were impressively efficient. This was not always our experience when outsourcing creative work! I think what they're offering is clever too - talented people condensing their experience into something speedy and simple to collaborate on, while maintaining a high production value.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Media Masons could have done differently?

The only thing that may have been improved would be a heads up on how many people would be at the shoot - we were filming in a tight space and could have better accommodated the crew with some notice!
