The scope of work for the Binkomovi OTT Mobile App project involved the complete end-to-end development of a scalable and high-performance video streaming platform. Our team was responsible for designing and developing a modern, user-friendly mobile application using React Native, ensuring a seamless experience across devices. We implemented core OTT features such as content browsing, categorized listings, advanced search functionality, personalized watchlists, and user profile management. The project also included integration of a secure and adaptive video streaming system to deliver smooth playback across varying network conditions. On the backend, we developed a robust admin panel that allows the client to manage and upload content, organize categories, control user access, and monitor platform performance through analytics. We integrated secure user authentication and subscription management, along with payment gateway integration to enable monetization through subscription plans.
