we wanted to develop a mobile app for our customers to access our service from their mobiles, we have a plan to increase sales and visibility through mobile app, our goal was to have a user friendly platform that was easy to update from an admin perspective

we had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. we provided a copy of designs, within short period they delivered the first round of the app. they incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version before launching, we ran it through beta testing.

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout project. additionally i interacted with few lead, front and back end developers.

within few months after our app was launched we saw huge downloads and achieved good star rating in app store, we have gained new visitors because of the platform.

the project manager was very easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates, we had a phone calls, everything was delivered on time.

Their mobile app development skills were outstanding, and they knew everything about UX and execution. Since this is our first mobile app, they were also patient and willing to walk us through their process while we learned.

After few days they provide us the android apk of the first phase to check.

They incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version. Most important features in application are: Push Notification Contractors and Business KYC Real Time Location Tracking
