We needed a company that could develop an e-commerce site and handle our rebranding needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Material7 to develop, host, and maintain an e-commerce website from scratch. They were also tasked with redesigning our brand’s visual identity and assets.

I worked directly with their CEO, who was also our project leader.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw a 15% increase in the movement in our website. Although we did not see an increase in our sales, the new site definitely helped us sustain our business through the pandemic.

How did Material7 perform from a project management standpoint?

Material7 performed well in terms of project management. They maintained constant communication and met all of the deliverables’ deadlines.

We typically communicated through Zoom meetings, and we used Google Drive to share documents and manage the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their price-to-quality ratio was very good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were very happy with their work, and there was nothing they could have done better.
