I'm the head of marketing for an online beauty company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Matech Consulting & Outsourcing?

We needed help with e-commerce development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Matech Consulting Outsourcing helped us shift our e-commerce website from WordPress to Shopify and is also providing warehouse management solutions.

I also asked them to integrate a CRM portal because we had around 500 orders daily, and it was a challenge to confirm all of them. In addition to that, they're doing warehouse management solutions and training our warehouse operations department team on how they can use the system.

We work with 10–12 people from their team, including a project manager, my main point of contact.

What is the status of this engagement?

The engagement started in November 2021, and it's still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

With our initial WordPress website, we could only fulfill limited daily orders, around 10–15. After launching our Shopify website, we crossed 1 million sales per day — we've had a great experience with them.

Moreover, the site is very responsive and completely optimized — we're increasing our conversions and volumes daily.

How did Matech Consulting & Outsourcing perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet all deadlines and respond every time we approach them, even after hours. Regarding tools, we use Google Analytics for reporting and Skype to communicate.
