General Features:

Progressive Site Population: Populate the site with real estate listings, initially gathering data over time to ensure the platform grows with a comprehensive range of listings.
Location Integration: The platform will integrate detailed location data, including Regions, Cities, Towns, Neighborhoods, etc., for all listings, allowing for advanced geographic search options.
Property Listings Scripts:A script will be created to pull and display listings for properties available for purchase.
A separate script will be created for rental property listings, ensuring both categories are populated and managed separately.
Cleanup Mechanism: A dedicated cleanup script will efficiently remove duplicate listings and outdated entries, maintaining the accuracy and quality of the platform’s database.

Server Setup: The platform will be deployed on a new server, which will be ordered and set up.
System Migration: The entire system will be migrated to the new server, and the domain will be pointed to the live environment.
Refinements: Final refinements will be made post-migration to ensure optimal performance and a seamless user experience.
