Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Malphite Labs has been invaluable to the backend development of our project. Most of our AWS and SQL development was provided by Malphite Labs. The deliverables include API connections, testing for our applications functions, SQL database development, algorithm creation, and bug fixes.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When we first hired them, our application was comprised of outlines, rough designs, and schematics for its processes. They have been with us since the beginning, and now our app is released, with a healthy user base and constant improvements being added. We plan to continue working with them as we develop further.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

A representative was available at almost anytime despite the significant time zone difference. He delivered, and continues to deliver, all of his assignments on time and he responds to emails and messages in a very timely manner.

I really can't think of anything. The price is good, the work is good and delivered on time, and the customer service is very attentive. 9.5/10
