I’m the CEO of Hybrid AI Solutions, an AI-driven consultancy, automation, and corporate education services company. We help businesses integrate AI to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and growth through ethical and collaborative solutions.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lycerix was responsible for the full UI/UX design scope of the AfterVoice app, ensuring the platform delivered an intuitive, modern, and emotionally engaging experience aligned with our brand vision. Their role included:

• User research and wireframing: mapping user journeys and designing wireframes to ensure accessibility and simplicity for a broad user base.
• Interface design: creating a polished, visually consistent UI across mobile and web, with emphasis on clarity, ease of use, and emotional connection for users engaging with sensitive legacy content.
• Prototyping and interaction flows: delivering interactive prototypes to validate navigation, usability, and storytelling experiences before development.
• Brand integration: aligning all design elements with Hybrid AI Solutions’ branding, including typography, colors, and iconography, to ensure a seamless identity.
• Handoff to development: preparing design assets, style guides, and specifications for our development team, ensuring smooth implementation.

Their main deliverables were complete wireframes and user journey maps, high-fidelity UI mockups for both mobile and web versions, interactive prototypes showcasing end-to-end user flows, and a style guide and component library for consistency in development.

We saw the following measurable outcomes from our collaboration with Lycerix:

• Faster prototyping-to-development handoff: Lycerix’s design system and component library reduced developer rework, cutting front-end build time by ~25%.

Lycerix approached this challenge with sensitivity, ensuring every design decision balanced usability with emotional resonance.

Moreover, they didn’t just deliver clean UI screens; they invested in understanding the emotional weight of AfterVoice and translated that into a compassionate user journey. Lycerix worked like an extension of our team, adapting quickly to feedback and co-creating solutions instead of just handing over designs.

Additionally, they created a scalable design system and component library, not just for today’s MVP but with a roadmap in mind — saving us future redesign costs. The designs were visually striking yet intuitive, ensuring accessibility for a wide demographic, from tech-savvy users to older generations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were extremely impressed with Lycerix’s work on AfterVoice. They consistently delivered high-quality designs that not only looked polished but also captured the emotional depth of what the app represented. Their ability to translate a complex and sensitive concept into an intuitive, user-friendly interface was outstanding.

Communication was smooth, collaboration felt effortless, and they always responded quickly to feedback with thoughtful solutions. Lycerix went above and beyond by creating a scalable design system that would serve us well as the product grew.
