Without LUUM, Two Sisters Tea would have never reached the point where it is today; their team became an integral part of ours. They always prioritize what's best for the brand! LUUM was responsible for everything related to our Amazon sales, including creating our listings, A+ Content, and Amazon Store, keywords, PPC, setting goals, etc. 
They also assisted us with inventory forecasting, inventory control, fulfillment, and customer service. LUUM's team is always willing to go the extra mile to help a brand achieve its highest potential.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Monthly Increase in our Amazon sales. Achieving agreed goals.

In the beginning, we initially held weekly meetings with our brand manager and any necessary team members; later on, we transitioned to bi-weekly calls. During these meetings, we would review the previous week's discussions and follow up on the status of each item until it was delivered. What I appreciated the most was our consistent practice of determining accountability for each project. 
It could either be attributed to the brand or LUUM who always delivered on time or provided a valid reason for any delays. The best part was that LUUM's team was always just an email or message away, making communication and collaboration seamless.
