I’m the founder and CEO of a startup. We’re a dropshipping website.

What challenge were you trying to address with Ludo Solutions?

I had the idea of also making a blog because I collaborate with doctors, health experts, baby weight consultants, and more. We’re a small business for now, but I want to grow it organically and expand internationally.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ludo Solutions came with advice on how to do the blog to post articles on the website. Also, they developed my WordPress website from scratch with WooCommerce integrated. They’ll maintain the website as the business grows.

What is the team composition?

I prefer working with a single point of contact, so I worked with the project manager 90% of the time. At times, there was another person involved. It was very easy for me.

How did you come to work with Ludo Solutions?

I received several recommendations from IT providers and offers but no consultation services. Since I’m not a technical person, I appreciated that Ludo Solutions explained everything from the beginning. They also didn’t come to me just with an offer and a deadline. They provided advice and explained the best practices, which I appreciated a lot because our vision is often different from reality. Therefore, it’s better to be safe than sorry and go with the reality to make the dream come true — that’s what I found with Ludo Solutions.

Moreover, they understood what I needed from the very beginning. A website is like a business card: it’s the image of our company and first impression. We couldn’t afford to have an ugly design or no logic on the site. The team had experience with other companies in the medical field, which also pushed me to work with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together at the beginning of August 2021, and the website was launched in October 2021. They were swift.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Ludo Solutions understood my request, and even though the website is simple, it’s great. I’m very satisfied with their work.

How did Ludo Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They were excellent at communicating and meeting deadlines. I was very involved in the project, and they respected all deadlines. The budget also matched my expectations, especially since I didn’t have much money to invest in the platform. 

We spoke over WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and Teams or Zoom, depending on my availability.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I focused on communication and relationships. The people within a company represent it, and my perception of Ludo Solutions was great because of their people.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there wasn’t anything. I was very satisfied with what I got. My project wasn’t huge, but everything was perfect.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Discuss everything with them; they’ll find the best solution for your business. They understood my project much better than their competition, which was very important for me.
