I'm the owner of a mobile education gaming studio.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lucrum Labs?

I was looking for development that would provide me with the infrastructure I needed to maintain a good codebase.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built the infrastructure for the platform using Unity 3D game engine and iOS. They programmed the technical architecture, assisted in product development, and user experience.

What is the team composition?

I had one main point of contact who was a senior developer, but there were 2-3 other team members assigned to the project.

How did you come to work with Lucrum Labs?

I put out some feelers to look for some developers. They responded to my post and we got to talking from there.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They're very efficient in terms of moving forward. They're very knowledgeable and know what they're doing. The game is progressing well for the budget that I have.

How did Lucrum Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

They're good about setting expectations and hitting milestones.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They really think through problems before they go to the development stage, which saves us money.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they do their job well.

My advice is to know exactly what you want or talk it through before you execute any ideas.
