The quality of the UI of the final app is really important to us. It should match the high-end feel of our wallet.

App usage should be extremely smooth and user-friendly

Overall I was satisfied with the speed with which deliverables were completed. I however think it would have been a good idea if I would have been kept in the loop a bit better, and also believe it would have been more efficient if I would have gotten invited to reviews so I could give my feedback on a more regular basis, which for sure would have sped up the process an spared us both time.

I was impressed with their proactive approach to finding solutions for problems that were encountered during the development process.

Communication is a point that could be improved on and that would definitely be highly appreciated by future clients. Both in response time, as well as in taking a more agile approach where the client is presented with the progress and asked for input more often.

It was really incredible work on development every things was super good. I faced issue after development about some advertisement on my website but upon contacting they sorted out the issue. I started getting sales from 1st month of development

My communication with them was professional and easy. Delivering any idea was welcomed . It was overall comfortable and convenient

The team's most impressive thing was their communication and efficiency of the work done.

There are only a new area they need to work after sales services because if they offer some after sales services against some affordable charges it could lead to more customer satisfaction

The scope was to setup an app for iOS and Android to let people connect with each other. To be able to let business customers with big amount of accounts administrate the employee's accounts, a web based react platform was setup. The quality is assured by a Quality Assurance team.

The iOS and Android app as well as the web based administration portal.

The time is sliced into 2 week Sprints and the content is assigned to Sprints in alignment meetings. Each Sprint contains a testing phase before it's outcome is being released. If I ever had any additional request, it was handled in time based on the set priority.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Business is done between people. The whole team doesn't handle the project as "something to be developed for somebody" but "act as a family to achieve the (business) goal". And that way of work is really impressive! Additionally, if there's any need (technical or non-technical), the company owner always finds a way to offer a solution. Either by himself / his team or by introducing external experts into the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Logiqon Solutions could have done differently?

Every human being and company needs to improve a lot of things continuously. Thus, also Logiqon Solutions had to. And that takes time. The company's development over our project time is amazing. It's grown to a big team of developers, project managers and testers. And on top it improved a lot of processes, it's delivered quality and the know how of technical areas of work.
