BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Phoenix Osteopathy is a small osteopathy (healthcare) practice that provides professional and personalized musculoskeletal injury and pain management. I am the owner and osteopath at the practice.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire LI Labs?

I hired them to design my website and integrate it with Cliniko patient management software for online booking. They were also responsible for our logo and business card designs.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to have a new website for my business that was professional and polished and gave an impression of the business’s strengths and unique selling points. I wanted a home page, osteopathy page, practitioner profile page, new patient information page, and “book now” button that would be integrated with Cliniko.

How did you select this vendor?

LI Labs was the only company to quote me that really took the time to try and understand my business. LI Labs came and spoke to me in person and got an understanding of the core values of my business.

Describe the project in detail.

Throughout the development of the website, business logo, and business cards, LI Labs regularly was open to my feedback. They would then alter the project, taking into account this feedback. They took the time to explain why they had recommended certain aspects to the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I’m very happy with the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication, scheduling, and more were done by email and phone most of the time. If there were any pressing issues, Mark (Managing Director, LI Labs) would call me in person. Communication and scheduling were excellent.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with their willingness to spend extra time to understand the business and their iterative approach using regular customer feedback. They explained the reasoning behind their design decisions and were dedicated to getting the best possible outcome for the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can see.
