Most MVPs are delivered in 6 to 10 weeks depending on scope. We start with a one-week discovery and scoping phase, then move into weekly delivery sprints. You see real, working progress every week, not just updates. For smaller feature builds or integrations, turnaround is typically 1 to 3 weeks.

We intentionally keep our client roster small. At any given time we work with a limited number of active projects so every client gets a focused, dedicated team. You will never be deprioritized because a bigger client came along. When we commit to your project, it gets our full attention.

We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to understand your product, goals, and timeline. If there is a fit, we move into a paid one-week scoping phase where we break down the full build into a detailed plan with milestones and a fixed price. Once you approve the scope, we kick off development the following week.

We run two-week sprints with a weekly video demo so you always see where things stand. All tasks are tracked in a shared project board you have full access to. We communicate daily on Slack and hold a short weekly sync call. You are never left wondering what your team is working on.
