I am the owner of Elite Trim Store.

For what projects/services did your company hire Letscodify Solutions, and what were your goals?

My goal was to launch an online store for my furniture business. I had the production team available and was looking to increase sales by offering online bookings and services. Letscodify offered me a complete solution that included website design and development, corporate branding, and digital marketing.

How did you select Letscodify Solutions and what were the deciding factors?

I sent RFQs to multiple vendors and Letscodify came on top due their professional approach, thorough knowledge of their work and a competitive price based on some extra services they offered.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We initially set a course of plan where we discussed the key goals and objectives of the project. The goal was to create a website first, and then market it on multiple platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. I liked the development approach which they called AGILE, which involved continuous feedbacks from my team after every major milestone completion.

They offered a CMS website, which has made it very easy for me to make any updates on the website by myself. Other services included branding, social media marketing and SEO, for which they shared a draft plan initially and started execution after my approval.

How many people from the Letscodify Solutions team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I was in contact with the Project manager throughout this project. Other than that, I had a few meetings with the Development lead, Senior designer during the design and development phase and Marketing Manager assisted me in building marketing strategies for my brand.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As soon as the website was launched and we focused on ads campaign, I saw a 120% increase in sales within the first two months. Online queries made it easier for me to interact with the potential clients and offer them tailored services.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They follow agile project management, which gives a more personalized feel as it requires input from my team at each stage. Letscodify also provided me access to their portal from where I could track my project status, and also add comments to it. Trello was used to record and track changes / revisions requested by my team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood my requirements well and offered a tailored package that perfectly met them.They are experts in their work and the results were outstanding.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Well I could sense there was a lack of communication between their team at a few occasions. Rest, they have got almost everything covered and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
