Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of a marketing, communications and event management company. We work with a wide selection of clients on projects that cross the strategic, operational and development sphere.

As the principal in the business I am particular about the businesses that we partner with - as I have to be sure that my client experience will be enhanced and that they will be more than happy with the experience.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lee and Nee, and what were your goals?

My client was in the process of setting up in business on their own for the first time and needed a website to be designed and developed that would allow her to hit the ground running from day one. The brief was to develop a six-page website with suitable graphics and integrations to make for a seamless customer experience.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I chose to work with Lee & Nee because of their track record in working with a wide range of clients and because of the quality of their work as seen by the samples sent to me. Needless to say, samples on their own would never be enough, but Lee & Nee were happy to arrange for a team call over Zoom and this allowed me to satisfy myself that this team could and would develop a great website for my client.

The work required the team at Lee & Nee to build a six page website to a design that the client required. It also required the integration of a category specific contact form and relevant social media channels. Starting with a brief that outlined the scope of the work, this was followed with an outline of the theme used for the website that worked effectively in attracting and keeping customer attention while on the website.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I had access to three members of the development team while this project was being undertaken. The MD of Lee & Nee was always at the end of the line if/when needed. His appointed project manager was also very involved and extremely efficient with responses and feedback.

Most of my contact was with the project developer - and again I cannot say enough about the level and quality of service provided. Nothing was ever too much bother - and responses were always sent in a timely manner - and this is important when deal with a client on the other hand who likes to keep updated on progress.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Feedback has been resoundingly positive. The website is extremely effective from my clients point of view - and they feel this will help get their business off to a flying start from day 1.

The project management style of Lee & Nee is very hands on so everything is always up to date and communicated accordingly. Two way communications are always open and responded too very quickly. Overall, this project was completed within a very respectable timeframe - and all without any issue whatsoever.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the structures and attention to detail to be particularly impressive when dealing with Lee & Nee. Tight timeframe are important in the world of marketing - and Lee & Nee were top class in working through this project in a timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing of note to improve on. Very pleased with the service offered by Lee & Nee.
