What challenge were you trying to address with Leadgroup?

I needed help in developing an iOS and Smart Bright app.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Leadgroup helped me build and develop an app for iOS and Android. They organized the process quickly by themselves and I have no regrets ordering an app from them.

What is the team composition?

I primarily worked with Vladimir (CEO), and he told me there were about 5–7 people who worked on the app.

How did you come to work with Leadgroup?

I was originally looking for a company that can build this app, and my friend from New York recommended Leadgroup to me. I texted and emailed them, and they responded very quickly.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $1,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in October 2020. They finished the work by the end of the month, but I’ve asked them to make some changes so it’s still in progress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Their work was good, especially in managing the small details that needed to be changed. I understood that making an app requires time because it’s hard, but Leadgroup made everything better.

How did Leadgroup perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well. They delivered their tasks on time and they were very polite. I mostly communicated with them through email and phone.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by how they understood me. They did everything I asked them to do, and I also love their style and design approach.

Are there any areas they could improve?

People can always improve or do something better, but I was happy with what they created.
