• Telemarketing: outbound phone calls to get past the gatekeeper and straight to the decision-maker. 
• Pitch, discuss then qualify resulting in qualified appointments & leads: 8 days/64 hours of lead generation activity per month / 4 week period 
• LinkedIn Connector Campaign 2 Accounts: using an existing Andersen Labs LinkedIn account, they must have searched and approached the target decision makers in the relevant businesses via targeted and personalized outreach activity. Providing Database

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was absolutely unsuccessful. Over the course of five months, they managed to provide only five prospectuses. Three scheduled meetings never took place; one wasn't within our target audience, and another didn't fit our budget.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Me and my colleagues had a very negative experience with The Lead Generation Company. They were ineffective, unprofessional, and did not seem to care about getting results. I would not recommend them to anyone. 

Here are some of the specific issues I had with them: 

• Over the course of five months, they managed to provide only five prospectuses. Three scheduled meetings never took place; one wasn't within our target audience, and another didn't fit our budget. Their efficiency dwindled to almost nothing. 
• It's quite common for them to miss our weekly calls, often citing our absence as the reason, despite having provided a meeting link themselves. 
• LinkedIn services were inactive for almost a month (during May), contrary to our intention. 
• Their performance on LinkedIn has been lackluster, requiring constant supervision and prodding to fulfill their responsibilities. This is far from the level of professionalism we expected. 
• Their focus appears to be on fulfilling the allocated hours rather than delivering tangible results. Unfortunately, the outcome from these efforts has been zero – a complete absence of resources utilized effectively. Moreover, not once did they display initiative or offer suggestions for improving our situation. It seems their main objective is merely to fulfill the contracted hours. 
• They withhold information about the contacts they reached out to until after the collaboration ends. They provide ususal figures, yet the recipients of these calls remain unclear. 
• Some of LinkedIn connection requests were sent to individuals clearly outside our target audience. 

• We have observed a discrepancy in the information provided. According to the proposal, they claim to generate 1 Qualified Lead for every 64 calls, suggesting a total of approximately 6 leads for the month of May. Furthermore, they guarantee a minimum of 100 calls per day, resulting in direct communication with approximately 15 decision makers. Since we have 8 days for Telemarketing per month, it should amount to a minimum of 800 targets being contacted, rather than the reported 400. 

  Additionally, their commitment entails securing at least 1 appointment per day worked, which would total to 8 leads for the month of May. However, we have not received any leads for May, and to date, we have received only 2 leads over a span of 4 months, as 3 leads did not attend calls at all. 

  So, the total number of leads expected for the period of March to July is approximately 35 (according to their proposal). Their answer was the following: "With regards to your points about the number of leads, payments are for service and are not performance related as is outlined in your campaign agreement". Which confirms what was said above. 

• We provided them the documents with black list and comanies that we alread work with, but they ignored it and called companies they shouldn't have. This company fails to meet its contractual obligations in a proper manner and shows a lack of willingness to compromise with the customer.

Their initial stage of selling their services. After the contract was signed, there was nothing great or unique in their work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Lead Generation Company could have done differently?

The whole scope of their work. Communication with clients, lead generation process, more responsibility.
